Agricultural Outlook and Situation Analysis Reports: Kharif Outlook Report

The NCAER 2017 Rabi Outlook Report provides a comprehensive assessment of the current availability of inputs, monsoon rainfall, demand conditions in domestic and global markets, and government policies, all of which are likely to impact this year's Rabi crop. The work underlying the Report has been supported by the National food Security Mission, Government of Inda, ad the Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmer Welfare.
