The NCAER Library is one of India's premier research libraries in applied
economics. Ever since its inception in 1956, the library has been an integral
part of the institution, providing research support to the Council's economists
as well as to policy makers, administrators, consultants, students and others
from all over the country. The library plays a vital role in collecting,
organizing and disseminating information for the benefit of researchers.
The NCAER Library is Depository
Library for Asian Development Bank and International Monetary Fund .It is also
depository for selected UN publications.
Library Access and Timings
Library follows an open access system. Access is free to
research scholars and Ph.D. students with proper identity card or letter. There
is a user fee of Rs. 100/- per day for all others.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M.
