Namrata Ramachandran is Special Assistant to the Director-General of NCAER. Her interests and expertise range across several subject areas including rule of law, human rights law and policy, technology policy, corporate law and consumer law with a special interest in policy issues relevant to South Asia and Southeast Asia.
